Tonight we are featuring Casa Noble Organic Tequila.

Seared Dry-Pack scallops with a poblano-jicama
salad and a pumpkinseed-based Mole.
Traditional Paloma with Casa Noble Blanco & Squirt
Pechuga de Pato con Mole Xico
Maple Leaf Farms Duck breast, sliced and served on a bed
of spicy arugula with a unique dried fruit Mole.
Casa Noble Reposado
Medalliones de Puerco en Chocolate
Ibarra chocolate crusted cutlets of Pork Loin
with roasted corn mash and Mole Poblano.
Casa Noble 2-yr Anejo
Empanada de Chocolate
Traditional Mexican turnover pastry, filled with fresh
mango and bittersweet chocolate and a scoop of mango sorbet.
Casa Noble 5-yr Extra Anejo
There will be a representative attending who will discuss these Certified Organic Tequilas, show a short video about them, and also have some free give-aways.
