Are you looking for interesting and friendly movie lovers (20s - 40s) who share your sophisticated tastes in food and film? You've found us! We're Dinner And A Movie. 

We are all about great food and outstanding filmmaking. Our Meetups happen mostly on the Westside of LA, but we sometimes trek over to the fantastic ArcLight Hollywood and other theaters in the area showing the Big-Budget, Indie, Foreign and Festival films that we're interested in seeing together.

Our ambition is to combine the experience of seeing a marvelous film with a lovely dinner before or after the screening. Sometimes the "dinner" in our name may be as simple as a cup of Joe at a coffeehouse or a cocktail and snacks at a cool bar, but most of the time it's a real "sit down and eat" meal. In any case food is always part of our Meetups and gives our members a fun opportunity to talk about the films we're seeing with other enthusiastic cinema and food lovers.

There are only three things required of you to join our Meetup group:

1. A recognizable photo of you must be on your group profile. This supports the open and social vibe of the group. 

2. Give us your short answers to a few profile questions. This also supports the social aspect of the group, and gives prospective members an idea of what our members are like before they join.

3. After your membership request is approved check our schedule regularly and RSVP for upcoming Meetups that interest you. This last step is very important. ;-)

And that's it! Soon you'll be able to join other film and food aficionados for lovely meals, stimulating conversation and great movies in one of the most exciting restaurant cities in America, and the film capital of the world.
