I will be gone fishin' in the Caribbean for the next 2 weeks....don't worry, I'll be running....running up my bar tab :)

Coach Riley will be leading you around Otay lakes....for those familiar wit hit it is basically the Wildhorse course...minus the mud!

The week after you will run a local trail somewhere close then x-mas week I'll be back and we'll go to the mountains!

Is the trail well marked? I won't be able to head down that early but would love to run the course.

Here's the race course with an extra bonus mile. The trail is pretty obvious until you cross the street at the top of the lake. I suppose you could skip that portion if you were worried about getting lost. [http://connect.garmin...]
