Sunday Trail Runners Bootcamp!!!

Bootcamp time!!! We will temporarily move it back to Chollas, as I am in the process of getting a permit for Tecolote/Mt. Etna Park. That means the rocks are back! And the stairs!! :D

      Lisa- usually it's a series of 4 exercises timed (varies such as walking lunges, squat jumps, push-ups, etc) for 30seconds each then usually a lap around the lake or hill repeat, then repeat the circuit about 4times. Go at your own pace, no pressure. The boot varies each week to work different muscles and sometimes at different locations.
