Michael is great presenter and the topic was entertaining and educational. We got a lot of good laugh while learning about relaxation. The take away, think of the greatness of a person (in some case don't need to prove others are wrong) and count my gratitudes. It's useful suggestion for both professional or personal life.

I enjoyed the speeches given by advanced speakers from Next Step Toastmasters club as well. Great learning experiences.

I loved the Michael's speech. I was amazed at how in an office setting, a simple technique of standing up and take the first step of greeting the person walking towards you gives u the sense of control and lowers stress/momentary anxiety. Great tips of the land of Aikido/martial arts that can be applied to everyday life.
