WILD DIVE BAR UNDERGROUND PARTY!!!
Dive Bar Adventures celebrates its 2000th member!(*i know that's awhile ago see below*) And where do we celebrate it? At a Dive Bar of course!?!
Mister Blinky and all old and new Dive Bar Adventurers are invited to celebrate all the wild adventures we have been on! All our old Video adventures will be projected on the Wall! Get drunk and Remember all your Sloshing good times!!!
We return to "THE DRAFT" don't remember the Draft? It was called the Port o'Call on Riverside Dr. and we zoomed in and out on our Valley Dive Bar Crawl... But my bud Eddie from the Happy Ending on Sunset is over there now.. So to celebrate we are getting 2 for 1 appetizers and $2.50 Budweiser's from 6-9pm ! Plus $4 well drinks all night long!

Alas, I am also stepping down from my 80's Gen-X Meetup... :-? So Eddie has let me DJ the Sound System and I will be playing my 1,000+ catalog of 80's tunes from Billy Idol to Men without Hats to Journey to Cheap Trick.. And my 200+ 80's BOOTIE LA Mash-UPs!!! I have them all... And The Draft has a small but cool dance floor so Get ready to DaNcE !!!!
So 500+ Gen-X'rs wil be invited too!! I will always have an 80's place for ya!
All I ask is you help me take over this Dive Bar!!! They have tons of bar food from fried chicken to burgers.. Did I mention the Basketball Hoops Game? Or Try your luck on 1/2 dozen other little cool stuff they stuffed in there! 
Smokers? Yea they have a covered patio too!!! And plenty of parking in the back and on the Street!!!

Great time was had! Mister Blinky, ever the consummate host, went above and beyond the call of duty when ?The Draft? gave us ?the shaft? by coming up with an amazing plan B at the drop of a fez and mobilizing this motley crew. The Fifth is most certainly on my list of bars to frequent.

TeenaI arrived at the adventure late to meet Mr. Blinky on the corner directing people to another bar. The "new" bar was great! They had cheap drinks, a pool table, comfy couchy things to sit on and a friendly bartender. A fantastic time! I never even cared that the bar location was changed. This party never skipped a beat!

.!!! It was a shame that the management at the Draft made poor judgment calls; however, we Dive Bar Adventurers are always up for fun and won't let anyone bring us down. The Fifth was a great alternative, and the bartenders were wonderful!!!! We should have another thank you party there to remind them that we really appreciated their last minute bailout. In this economy - any bailout for drinkers is appreciated.
