Pirate Bar and Russian Bar sounded especially interesting. Hopefully you can schedule these when I'm next in town on November 15-25.

Dive Bar News:
[ I ] Sadly our co-organizer Yarrr!!!! has stepped down to focus on his private practice. Those of you in his other group Urban Adventures know this already. We wish him well, and hope to see him on more of our Dive Bar Adventures....
But with a group of over 350 members and growing that makes room for 1-3 more
assistant organizers... So I am looking for some ladies or gentlemen to step up and help organize one of Los Angeles' largest and fastest growing nightlife groups....
Since this is a dive bar exploration group, if you are bi- or tri- lingual that would be of great help. Japanese, Korean, Spanish especially!!!...
We will be entering many exotic locales so strong language and protocol skills would be helpful...
Thanks to all who came to the Hollywood Hills Party. I got stressed from dealing with all the details, along with the Jones Bar / Formosa event, and of course my Mid-terms all on the same week... So I apologize if I didn't get a chance to say hi!!!
[ II ] Finally, in the next week or so I will be posting several new events. November will have at least one event, possibly two... Here are some sneeky hints.. Let me know your thoughts about these..
1) Pirate Voyage to K-Town... Pirate Dive Bar nestled in the dark recesses of Korea
Town.. Need secret password to enter.. No really.. you need to know the password..
2) 60's Rat Pack Night... Frank, Deano, and Sammy!!! Get your thin ties out, slick back your hair, and get ready to smooze to the tunes of 60's pop and the Sinatra gang as we suck down the strongest martini's in town, and dance 60's pop and standard tunes....
3) Sex, Santa, and the Soviets... West Hollywood Russian Bar and secret side trip to get gifts for your secret Santa... A December to Remember!!!
4) Finally the Carny Bar... Surround yourself with sideshow paraphernalia and of course a dead clown in a glass coffin...Deep in the heart of the San Fernando Valley...
Let me know what you think?
