Virtualenvs demo, tricks, & tutorial

Let's get together and talk about virtualenv. It is becoming the standard. This talk will cover what virtualenv is and why should you use it, what virtualenv wrapper is, virtualenv organization, and how to take advantage of hooks.
If you want to set up virtualenv before you leave, bring your laptop. We will save time at the end for a little hands on.
If you used virtualenv & you have a hook to share or some other customization that you think is helpful, please email Jackie or come ready to share it.

- this doesn't create RPMs or anything like that but it's handy for building packages of any sort.A couple years back I was deploying a Django site using RPM with roughly this approach:
The code is no doubt stale - and you can see where I used a quick hack rather than virtualenv-tools, which didn't exist back then - but it's still useful as a reference for building your own spec files.
