Your description sounds like a recipe for coming to get to know us. Check out Nova-Labs.org to see what kind of projects we're doing and plan to come visit us during an Open House. We have lots of CNC tools like 3D printers, laser cutter, CNC mill, and an entire electronics lab and wood shop all available for members to use. You only need the basic safety and use training. In addition we have an active community which you'll get to know when you visit. Stop by, my guess is you won't regret it.
