Let me re-iterate...Do not settle for non-custodial. Accept Joint Custody only - full freedom of access to your children. they are to live with you 1/2 the time. Unless you are an abuser...you are not in the wrong. Don't let anyone imply you are wrong. Don't lose.

The family court system is biased against men. Therefore, never put yourself into a situation by settlement or judgement where you become the "non-custodial" parent. You need to fight hard legally to protect your children's access to you, their father. Insist on Joint Custody, shared parenting but do not accept the custodial/non-custodial arrangement. If you there is no divorce proceeding yet, why are you paying? Never settle and never concede or negotiate a position. on any point.
