Ok guys, first things first, big thanks to everyone who came out yesterday, twas awesome! Suddenly two weeks is looking like a very, very long time... but anyway. I've got a google group set up for us, so that we're not relying on meetup for passing information. The address is below:

Go ahead and sign up on there, so that we're not spamming up meetup.

OK,Guys. I will be there around 12:00.Actually my plan is to get there early, but if i'm late just wait a few minutes. Now mind you Its been 3 years since I"ve run a game and well far longer than I care to remember that I ran AD&D. So if I'm rusty on rules, Be patient. But The story and fun is whats most important, and I"m sure the vets will help me out. Remember Tomorrow is mostly Character Gen, Back grounds and a start to get an idea how we all fit together.

Hey all, I'd be so down to join up with a more mature and fun group. Problem is, I have work until 3 on Sundays... Would that be a problem?

Come by when you can. This is our first real meet. So means we will be working on character gens, and a little back ground. maybe just starting around when you get there. Mostly to get a feel of everyone.

Joe, we're shooting for alternating Sundays, starting tomorrow, at the Metreon food court at noon.

Jeff, add Date Time place to the meetup. And lets get a head count

I met up with Jet's Pathfinder group yesterday at Metreon in SF. It actually was a good place to RP. We were not asked to leave or t one it down. We actually played from noon til about 9. So I say this might be a good spot to play. Food is on hand so are the bathrooms. And if we carpool we can cut the cost on parking, or even bart over.

Good question. I nominate Wildekarde, and I also suggest that we run a one-shot for the first game or two to get a feel for how each other plays, and to lay in some campaign ideas. We can go with Jet's character sheets, or I have a pretty universal sheet that's been used for ages. Let me know if anyone wants to take a peek, and I'll shoot you the pdf.

Ok guys, I been looking into finding a place to meet up and have a session. So far nothing has come up. Closest thing I find is renting a meeting room at a hotel for $200. If someone can host or help find a place that would be great. CCSF has a meeting room they offer on weekends but I yet to hear back from them.

didn't make it there forgot it was easter.

No worries. Endgame would be an ideal location to play in, but the Metreon is a very good fallback. I have one other idea for a location, I'll see if that pans out tonight.

D'oh! Sunday's are impossible (go raiders!) but I'll try to stay in the loop.

Ha ha, I hear ya. Football is going to be an issue in the next couple months. Haven't quite figured out a way round that, yet.

      April 12, 2014

  • Jeff

We're shooting for every other Sunday, and the thinking is a good 4+ hours, to really get some good, hard rping in. We don't have a location nailed down yet, but we have a few possibilities. Wildekarde was thinking of getting a google group going sometime soon, to hash out more details that don't really need to be posted here. If you both are interested, I'll lean on him to get that set up, and we can get into some more game specifics.
