A post-graduate student looking to regain social gaming activities. Biophysics and Biological Oceanography background.
For the most part I'm interested in anything, but have done some roleplaying and card games in the past. I do have Warhammer 40K army, but it's several thousand miles away. Also several thousand miles away are some D&D rule books that I read frequently, but never found a sizable opportunity to actually use.
Counting video games, 20+. Much of that time was spent playing non-video games as well, but most playing with people who weren't family happened during about 2 years when I was part of a custom made LARP. I played Magic for several years, but stopped before 2000 and haven't had a strong need to pick it back up since.
That's a hard one. It tends to rotate depending on my interests at the time, but a game that I liked in the past almost always becomes a 'current favorite' later.
Do team competitive sports count? Usually the physical skills required are of such caliber that I find myself lacking. Probably football.
