I've used Roll20.net, personally it's my favorite out there right now. It's all in the browser an you don't need to play around with very poor java apps.

Thank You,

Hey Gang,

Sounds like you are all having fun gaming in Austin.  I no longer live there I am now in the country of Malta.  Hard to find gamers here.  Have any of you ever used online game rooms to play a live games?   I am looking at a few systems for running an online game. Miss playing so doing what I have to do.

I might make it back to Austin for holidays.  If I do is there room for playing in a game or running a short one or two session game of Deadlands?   Have scenario idea I might publish.  Shane Hensley is a person friend of mine.

Thank You,

Kelley Foote

Our group has been running for five years, and is constantly finding ways to tailor our game.

We'd like to make an open offer to other DMs, including beginning DMs, for three purposes:

1) To help those who would like to learn to DM do so with an experienced group of players who won't judge them, give practical advice and give them a chance to practice it.

2) To give other DMs a chance to play to a different audience.

3) To give DMs who have been lacking a group a chance to keep their hand in the game.

It's a matter of just emailing me, and once a month we'll have a guest DM, if one is available.  As we said, beginners are welcome.  The game is your choice.

We meet, Sundays, 1 pm to 6 pm, with 12-1 pm being a setup time.

The day of the month might vary depending on the visiting DM's needs, as we meet every Sunday (virtually).

And of course, visiting players are always welcome.

Think of it as an ongoing meetup.

Perhaps other groups and DMs will offer the same possibility...just a thought.

Keep on gaming, everyone.
