Let me suggest that instead of the traditional meet-up style email list you think about using a bulletin board style set up.  I know we have tried to turn the forums associated with www.roundcon.com into that with small success. I think the gamers there, the gamers on this list, and the super hero list  may be all different people.  Perhaps you could check out the forum there to see if would suit your needs. We have a dedicated server which may suit your needs.  Just a thought.

Subject: [dnd-872] combining of meetup sites

Hello everyone

I have been talking to Dean Smith who is the organizer of the Columbia Superhero RPGs meetup group and we are most likely going to be combining this group and that one. I suggested this to him because I believe that his group and ours would have many people that would be interested in some of the same games. Dean will be the new organizer and I will possibly be an assistant organizer. I am posting this email on the message boards as well if people would like to comment....people can also just reply to this email if they want the entire dnd meetup site to see the message.

I hope we have a new and better group with the combining of the two meetup sites

Jasper
