Instructions for Volunteer Organizers

What does the organizer do? Duties are really pretty simple - they include:

1. Showing up on time to greet people
2. Retrieve the equipment from the supply room (the staff can unlock it)
3. Preparing the court space - the MP room often has tables, and chairs that need to me moved into the hallways
4. Explaining the rules to newbies - printed rule sheets are kept with equipment
5. Getting people organized and divided into teams - mix them up every 30 mins or so
6. Starting the games - call end of game, make sure everyone has a ball, yell go
7. Making sure everyone has a good time (singing and dancing encouraged, but not required)
