Dear Dog Rescue and Transport Members:
I am very sorry to have to change our Meetup on such short notice, this was something beyond our control.
Negotiations between organizers of our group and one of the owners of Gone to the Dogs just didn't work out.
We were told just yesterday that we (our group) will need to have insurance. This was already discussed in our initial meeting and we were told we did NOT need to carry our own insurance. I e-mailed the woman from the facility and still have not heard back from her on this matter. So, I just couldn't wait any longer to make a decision and I booked Fellows Road Park's Lodge in Perinton.
If your wondering what the issue is with insurance---I was quoted $300 for a 3 hour event. It's just not cost feasible and most places will carry you under their business insurance.
I again apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you. If you have already paid for this event but can NOT make it on the 23rd, please contact me immediately so that we can rectify the situation.
Also, make sure you change your rsvp's accordingly. Thank you so much for your patients and again I apologize.

We will have Desserts & Drinks for the humans and Gourment Dog Biscuits from a Barker's Dozen for the pups! The event times are as follows:
Big Dogs 11:30am till 1:30pm
Pug Meetup: 2pm-4pm
Small Dogs: 4pm-6pm
