We are looking for passionate developers capable of working across multiple product lines with strong experience in building and deploying great software. Our Engineering team is a group of polyglots, and if you looked at our codebase, you’d find Java, Javascript, Ruby and C#.

These applications allow Rally users who live and work in Windows development teams interact with Ruby from a familiar environment.

-Coordinate with Technical Operations and other Development teams
-Assist the Rally Support organization as needed on escalated customer issues

This is a unique role that blends the talents of Software Development and Systems knowledge.

What you bring to the table:

Here are some of the reasons developers choose to work at Rally:
1) Influence - You are encouraged and empowered to make things better. The team owns all architectural and framework choices, so if something is not working, you really can contribute to change! Don't just put up with it, fix it, and you will have the support from your team and management to do so.
2) No ruts - You'll have the opportunity to work across technologies as well as provide input to which features should be developed.
3) Collaboration - Our teams work closely together in a Scrum style, enabling us to learn from everyone's experience rather than getting trapped in silos.
4) Pace - Sustainable.
5) Beer - We have a kegerator.
6) Boulder, Colorado - There are worse places to live. 300+ days of sun, mountains, skiing, biking...
7) Awards - We were ranked a top ten Best Places to Work in the U.S. from Outside Magazine. Our product has won numerous awards and was recently recognized by industry analyst Forester Research as "offering the best combination of capability and strategy of Agile ALM tools".
