Thank you Joseph. I just bought some feverfew and plan on taking that every day for a few weeks to see if the migraines will subside. Usually, they're due to lack of sleep or stress for me.

i literally knew people with chronic migraines who took feverfew and eliminated them.. .. i didn't even tell you that.. you knew already, maybe because it does work.. but in case it doesn't, we can adjust it so it does.. the key is headaches are normally fixable.. it's a symptom, almost always fixable.. and they suck so bad, we surely need real solutions for people suffering migraines.. so, guinea pig powers, activate! experiment #1 begins..

I'm looking forward to my first concert in the park this year. The last two coincided with me packing & moving. Now, I'll be closer...Rancho was too far, but Natomas is only 15 mins or less from downtown. :)

I've been bringing my 6-year old since she was a little one. There are spots on the West side of the stage & in the back where it's much less crowded & noisy. But it's totally kid friendly w/ tons of kids there. Bring her, she'll dig it. :)

First one I'm getting to go to kid-free this year. I'll be bouncing around a bit (other friends attending), but will be sure to come say hi at some point. Looking forward to meeting everyone!
