Its a new year lets get started on work outs

                                     January 2014!!!  Can you believe it?

Here is it is; For those who want to be part of a Competitive club Team this is now   



Location:  Lower Providence Presbyterian Church in the gym 3050 West Main St, Eagleville PA(  Cost is $5.00

Exercises may include military flat bench pull ups, Russian twists, sit ups. planks (both straight and on side),leg lifts, running, jump rope,burpees and working on more.

A decision will be made on what exercises are to be used for testing. You will be told and a base line assessment will be done the first Sunday of February. March, April,May (may even go through summer)

      Recreational and community paddlers are encourage to attend these work outs.

                               Work out start at 3PM bring a mat and some water.
