This 2-Day comprehensive workshop explores visual storytelling with dynamic camera movement and skillful actor blocking. Through extensive hands-on participation, students will learn to visualize the scene, work with actors, strategize with storyboards, and evoke the essence of the script: DRAMA!
"A step by step, hands-on workshop. Participants learn tricks of the trade that are simple, cost-effective and easy to implement. Eric is a lively instructor who shares his knowledge with great enthusiasm!"- Eva Zelig, TV Producer, EMMY AWARD Winner
Each day participants go through hands-on exercises to learn how to visualize and break-down a script. They will practice optimum camera positions, camera movement, lens choices in relations with blocking of the actors. Through this process, participants will understand how to convey tone, mood and style; and give the film a distinct look that belongs to the director's unique vision.
