David Bailey - New Book

From: Bennett
Sent on: Tuesday, November 17, 2009 6:55 PM
For those of photographers too young to know and those to old to remember, David Bailey redefined Fashion Photography in the 1960's and changed it for ever. He and the other members of the Terrible Trio, Brian Duffy and Terence Donovan were the first to use hand held cameras. Before that Avadon, Penn and Horst, etc. all used View Cameras on a tripod in studio.

The result was "action fashion shots' taken on the streets rather than limited to the studio. This guy's the real deal, a true rule breaker and innovator. Amazon has a special pre-release price.
