One form of personal meditation we explore is known as a "Spiritual Exercise". This type of simple meditation (or non-directed prayer) uses your creative imagination to discover your eternal self, Soul.  We also discuss reincarnation, and finding peace and balance. Recall and resolve lessons from past lives. This helps our daily lives move naturally into higher areas of awareness, consciousness and greater passion for life.  It helps to develop clearer understanding of dreams, past lives and Soul Travel (out of body and mystical experiences). 

This can be done any time.  Learn more about connecting to direct guidance and achieving greater personal growth and self empowerment through a better understanding of dreams, reincarnation, karma and intuition.  Learn to interpret your own dream symbols, and what it means to expand into greater consciousness on a continual basis.  Find comfort and relief from everyday stress.

One of the many "Spiritual Exercises" uses an ancient name for God, the word HU. Similar to meditation or non-directed prayer, this non-denominational love song to God is also found in many religions throughout the world. This word can help expand your awareness, build inner strength, help you experience divine love, heal a broken heart, offer solace during times of grief as well as bring peace, calm and great comfort.

The word  HU is also a powerful defense. People in Europe, Australia, the Americas and Africa also sing HU quietly or aloud, in a non directed way to connect with God and receive protection from trouble or danger on the street, at work, or in the home.

This ancient and sacred word for God can be found in the Jewish Kabbalah, Christian Gregorian chant, Buddhism, the Sufi teachings, Chinese Taoism, as well as in the path of Eckankar. A medical oncologist working with sound as a method of healing with his cancer patients published research that working with this sound, along with chemotherapy and radiation stopped cancer from metastasizing in his patients.

It is a universal word with a very high vibration.

You are invited to try it anytime you would like either out loud or silently to see the effects for yourself.
