Hi Ella, Looking for people to work out with 1-2x a week playing beach volleyball. I often do drills to limber up before play by bumping balls, peppering, doing pass, set and hit drills like in a class. I often play Ocean Park Beach Santa Monica on weekends & Wed with 10-20 that play after work 4:30 to sundown. Playing 2x/week improved my energy level & vb skills. Women that play 2x/wk after a year have visible abs. I sometimes sail, teach sailing, sail to islands & 2-seat canoe.
I would like to extend a (somewhat belated but sincere) Welcome to Mindfulness Meditation Santa Monica. I hope you find it to be a helpful resource for you. I look forward to meeting you on Sunday.
