WHYTE NOISE "Free Spirited" Drum Circle

Gently facilitated by Carol Fraser (in the process of becoming certified) has been drumming since 2008. Carol uses her experience and education (Degree in Education) to plan fun events, introduce rhythms, share her collection of instruments, keep everyone on tract and promote the Edmonton Drum Circle Community.

Carol's circle is a good introduction to the wonderful Edmonton community of djembe drummers: to play in-the-moment, improvised rhythms originating from your heart.

Cost: $5.00

Why: to learn a new skill, be part of a growing community, enjoyment, relaxation or whatever makes your cookie crumble.

Sad that we have to meet twice a month instead of every week, but things will change once we find a more permanent home....soon!!! More info later.

I always enjoy drumming with everyone and I really enjoy being able to listen to each of the drummers. But I felt I had to also mention that one particular drummer was drumming extremely loud , making it very difficult to hear the bass drummer. Which caused quite a few drummer to stop playing at various times during the circle. Please be considerate of the group as a whole . Thanks.
