A Meditation Drum Circle @ 8-9pm and a (closing) Full Moon drum circle will follow @ 9-11ish******* In many traditional cultures the full moon was more then 1 night, so in order as not to conflict with other drum circle we will have it on the 3rd (closing) night. I will have a couple of extra drums on hand ---BRING A CHAIR and good vibes. Acoustic instruments are welcome also.---********* The first hour or so I will give a mini workshop on Meditative Drumming as taught to me by Danny Perez. I studied 12 years with the great Cuban drum master - teacher Danny Perez. He was know as the "Zen" drummer in South Florida. He has practiced and studied Zen, Yoga, Martial Arts and Drumming for over 80 years! He combined them into his drumming technique and teachings. I will try to pass some of this along. *****We will be on the North side of the Pompano Pier.
