Cleveland Drum Circle Meetup Group Weekly Meetup

We are usually a bit north of the pavilion/ice cream stand near the walking path. there is a group of trees that provide nice shade and picnic tables for those who don't have their own chairs. *but sometimes we are forced to relocate, depending on what's going on at the park (i.e.~ church gatherings, family reunions, etc.)

Update: It's still raining and only 65 degrees, it will be colder by the lake, so we will postpone, until next Sunday. Prediction for Sunday, June 15 is 80's and sunny. See you all then. Any brave souls that wish to drum, should try the pavilion near the beach.

Hi All. It is now 10 am Sunday, June 8, 2014. Weather: Raining and supposed to be 75 degrees today. Rain is predicted until early evening and we may see some sun near sunset. Options for drumming today would be to play in the Park Pavilion at Edgewater, a problem for natural skin heads on drums. I suspect after the St. Colman concert today it would be too late to play in the church and parking could be a problem. The concert is over at 4 pm, but by the time the church is cleared and people leave, it would be after 5 pm for a start time. The Nautica Queen drumming cruise is also today, so many drummers from our circle may be attending and that will probably be in the lower decks, instead of up top like normal. If the weather is clear at 2 pm. I will go to Edgewater and see what our options may be. Check here before you leave for any drumming: If it is still raining at 2 pm, it will be cancelled for today, at the park. Thanks.

For those who wish to drum after the St. Colman concert or those wishing to warm up before attending the Nautica Queen Drumming Cruise or not going on the cruise, we are having our weekly drum circle at Edgewater Park - 3 pm to 6 pm, as usual, Sunday, June 8, 2014.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
