CFADCT Drum, Spin and Dance,at Washington Park! September 7 at 1:00pm

The Tribe really loves animals. Just look at all of our furry friends that join us at the jams! The Tribe also really loves Washington Park. So let's mix it all together into a nice loving soup of CFADCT awesomeness and support the Walk For Farm Animals at Washington Park! We will gather to drum, spin, dance, create art and OM together at 1pm. You do not have to register for the walk to be part of the CFADCT jam but if you'd like to join several of us and participate in the walk then you can go here and register:

Yoga at 10am and the walk from 11-1pm

Otherwise, we will see you at 1pm!

If you were not able to attend one of the events at Washington Park last year then you don't want to miss this! It is such a special treat to be able to share our joy and love of music and movement with the neighborhood families of OTR. ♥

As always CFADCT gatherings are free but this will be a food/personal hygiene item drive so bring some goodies that we can share with our neighbors in need.

Cincinnati Flow Arts and Drum Circle Tribe consists of people all over the greater Cincinnati area (and awesome surrounding cities such as Peebles, Columbus and Dayton!) who love to come together to promote peace, creativity and consciousness growth across the city. Anyone interested in these ideas are welcomed and encouraged to come. Even if you don't want to drum, hoop, spin poi, create art, practice yoga, meditate, sing, dance or do anything but watch, please just come and enjoy the loving atmosphere and maybe get a few hugs. This gathering is family, animal, and creative outlet friendly (within means of the law :)) so invite your friends. If you wish to join the Facebook group to stay updated on different events in the city and make new friends with similar interests please join the group at

Flow forward, Hoop happy, drum delightfully, and love ALL unconditionally. Namaste

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
