If you reading this, you are already a drummer. That's because you have a beating heart inside you. If you can talk, you can drum. If you can walk, you can dance. You need be neither a drummer nor a dancer to come. You can just come and watch. Some drums will be provided but please bring your own. Feel free to bring other instruments as well.

Most important, bring your unique essence and spirit. YOU are what makes this drum/dance circle come alive!

Drumming is FUN, but it is also healing MEDICINE. A drum jam spells P-A-R-T-Y, but it is also a SHAMANIC ritual. Our drum/dance circle is a truly sacred space. It is a transformational gathering. So please come with reverence for yourself and for all others at the circle. That said, loosen up -- and LET GO!
