Drumming Sounds

Join us for a rejuvenating Drumming for Wellness workshop where we will explore the uplifting power of drumming in improving overall health and well-being. This workshop will focus on the healing benefits of drumming, incorporating elements of self-exploration and spirituality. Guided by experienced facilitators, participants will engage in rhythmic movements, African drumming techniques, and a soulful drum circle. Embrace a sense of self-empowerment as you connect with others in a social and energizing environment. Whether you are new to drumming or a seasoned pro, this workshop is designed to promote healthy living and inner balance through the universal language of music and movement.

Drum Church......Back at roadrunner park for the cooler weather! We will start at 10:00am and go till noonish. Andrew and Monica won't be here, however, Jersey Janet’s Drumming Experience has been gracious enough to continue Sunday mornings.

What is it all about? A bunch of folks getting together in community to drum and share.

We ask that you bring your water and chair! Drums will be provided.
A love offering will be taken. The money goes to the facilitator - who replaces heads on drums, broken rattles, etc.

Start your week with a unique and rejuvenating experience at Mesa Regal Resort! Join us every Sunday from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM for a back-to-back session of Freeform Movement and Sound Immersion.
Freeform Movement (9:30 AM - 10:30 AM):

Immerse yourself in a silent, meditative movement experience with an awesome setlist curated to inspire and energize. Connect with your body and mind as you move freely, letting the music guide your movements.
Sound Immersion (10:30 AM - 11:30 AM):

Transition into a state of deep relaxation with our Sound Immersion session. Surround yourself with the healing vibrations of gongs, chimes, singing bowls, Native American flutes, Mayan trumpets, and other soothing sounds. Let the harmonic frequencies wash over you, leaving you feeling refreshed and centered.
This event is open to all and is a fantastic way to start your week on a positive note. Bring your yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and an open heart. We look forward to sharing this beautiful journey with you!
