Why not run your organization like open source, create an open online wiki for running things just like open source builds code.

I am experimenting with such a system and business built from Drupal, it permits full participation in a business from the application website.  

If you are interested, join, participate, and help use see if this is possible to operate an manage an enterprise through open source methods.

As many of you know, the leadership of ADUG changed this year. We have elected an interim Board of Directors to establish several organizational items that align the group with not only our mission, but to provide structure for decisions and events, like DrupalCamp. This BOD was created quickly with some very experienced people to kick-start several initiatives, including: By-Laws on how to govern the group, DrupalCamp Atlanta 2014 organization, a new Website, marketing communications for new sponsors and membership, and general financial decisions.
