    Q. How do we make a View to show from the 6th through to the 100th post?

    Hey D’Team,

Can anyone PLEASE help/teach me (or Point me to where I learn) how to make a View that only shows from number 6 to number 100 of a list. . . . In other words let’s say that I set up a View to show the latest 100 nodes of a Content Type posted on a site, (which I am capable of doing) – It will show the latest posts from 1 through to 100. What I want it to do is NOT show the “latest 5 posts”, and only show from the “6th latest through to the 100th Posts”. How/where do I do this simply?

Please growl me if this is not the place to ask this – and point to where I could better ask our group.

Love and Cheers Arthur & Sheena

      Hi Arthur,

In the administration of the view, go to the pager section and click on the first link next to "use pager" and then select "Display a specified number of items".
From there you can set the number of items you want to display, and the offset. For example in your case you could offset by 6 and set the display to be 94

Is anyone in the group near the Tugun / Currumbin area & willing to meet up for a coffee sometime? ... my partner Jane & I have been working on an animal welfare initiative called Dog Friendly Society ... it is a network of communities on Facebook, and we are looking to incorporate & register as a tax-exempt charity ... we have had 2 years of website hosting donated, but unfortunately the first year of that has been used up just trying to get volunteer coders together to help us design & build the page (as they didn't donate the design services) ... we may very well get an extension on the hosting donation, in fact they said they might be willing to make it permanent, but we have to show them we are doing things with it ... I currently have an old friend from uni working on it, but he can only do it in his spare time, and while he does code PHP he is not a web-designer & had no past experience with Drupal; we could really use some help if possible, is anyone willing to meet for coffee?

the hosting has already been donated by NetRegistry ... so that is fine, we just have to get the development assistance

Great to see everyone. Odd (in a good way) to be in the room in person and not via Skype!
Work is forging ahead on our charity project, for more news on that see http://drupalgoldcoast.com/dgc/node/113
