This is our regular Friday morning run. Andy said he'll be there tomorrow, and you can usually count on Nancy. Your hosts are somewhat less reliable.

There are some important differences between the morning and evening runs.
- We'll start running exactly the start time. Our evening runs often start about ten minutes after the start time. For the morning runs, we want to be more considerate of everyone's schedule (and desire for sleep), so unless we know we're waiting for someone on the way, we'll start running on time. In fact, if everyone is there before 6:30 a.m., we will take off early.
- We'll start slow. Morning runs are more injury-prone, so we'll have a slower starting pace in the morning than our starting pace on the evening runs. We will run the first mile at the warm-up pace.
- We'll stick together. We expect a smaller group, so we may not have pace groups. In any case, we'll always have a designated caboose.
See you Friday morning!
