Welcome to Nordic Walking - there are a couple of dates posted up for next weekend. There is always a Saturday morning walk in Killruddery at 10.30 and the Sat afternoon route varies from week to week, depending on Met Eireann's predicitions. We usually meet and car pool from Kilmacanogue. You would be welcome to join us - just let me know if you are coming. I lead the group and supply the poles. Rgds Dairine
