running for the last 7 years, but in the last year have not been running only sporadic twenty minutes here and there, want to get my fitness back.
At the moment a beginner
Goal is to comfortably run a 10k again
Have done adidas series runs, mini marathons etc, longest run was adidas 10 mile three years ago
