This meetup is for any singers, musicians, poets or songwriters out there who would like to share their talents (or their lack of talents!) with others in a relaxed atmosphere. Particularly it is aimed at anyone who wants to build up experience playing in a group. A lot of us are just learning instruments or branching out into different styles of playing, so the pace is pretty slow and and laid back. We try to keep the atmosphere as much "party" as "performance".

So if you have something you would like to try out, please sign up and come along. Music and songs of any kind are welcome, while some people prefer to read aloud their favourite poem, or one they have written. Anyone can  have a go if they want to. And of course anyone who would just like to come along to watch or sing along in the background is also very welcome!

If any sub-groups or side-projects emerge then all the better! Some members have already organised charity concerts, sub-groups and recordings. Any suggestions that would be in the interest of our members are welcome.
