Hi ! I am a Yoga Acharya - an expert in the Sivananda style that originated in South India. Having done my Advanced Teacher's Training in Yoga from Kerela, India, I have been practicing & teaching this form for the past 10 years.

DAYS & TIMINGS
The classes are held thrice a week on the followings days:
Days : Monday, Wednesday & Friday
Timings : 6.00 P.M. to 7.00 P.M.
CONTENT
The class comprises of 2 breathing excercises (pranayamas)- kapalabhati and anuloma viloma.The Sun Salutations, 10 basic postures including the shoulder stand. Please try and arrive 10-15 mins earlier than scheduled time as classes will start on time.
FEES
There are two modes of payment.You can "Pay as you go" $15 per class or pay "Upfront" $120 for the entire month or 12 classes.
I recommend going for the second option as a commitment to the course ensures definite results/benefits and also gives you a discount where you pay only $10 per class. There is no refund in case you miss a class. In the event the class is canceled due to weather etc. you do not pay for it.
INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO CLASS
Please wear comfortable loose fitting clothes or anything that stretches easily is recommended.Yoga is always practiced empty stomach.So there should be a gap of 3hrs between your meal and the class. A light snack or fruit is ok an hr prior to class.Please bring your own yoga mat.I will have a few extra mats in case anyone forgets to bring theirs
