- What nexus means for FBA sellers
- Update on where the Internet Sales Tax law stands
- Why your life probably won't change regardless of the outcome of the legislation
About Our Speakers
Mark Faggiano (FAH-JEE-AH-NO) is a web entrepreneur whose passion is helping small business owners be more successful. Since quitting corporate life and venturing out on his own in 2004, Mark has helped thousands of small businesses by making their tax lives easier.
Mark founded a company called FileLater to help businesses, as well as individuals, file tax extensions safely and quickly online – giving them more time to gather all of their paperwork and get ready to file their annual returns. Not too long after being founded, FileLater became the industry-leading tax extension website and was acquired in 2010.
Mark also started a website called EasyEstimatedTaxes.com to give the self-employed the simplest way possible to pay quarterly estimated taxes online. To date, Easy Estimated Taxes has processed more than $7 million in estimated tax payments for those who hate the traditional method of mailing a check with a voucher to the IRS.
Mark’s newest venture, TaxJar, is helping make filing sales tax easier for ecommerce merchants.
A native of Boston, Mark lives and works in San Diego.
