Innovate happily inch by inch

For those who could not come to the previous meetup (well-being-at-work and start-ups, impossible match?) or/and wish to follow-up, here is a somewhat similar presentation especially focused on improving processes, innovation & creativity enhancement in hi tech environment while increasing well-being and productivity.

The methodology is based upon work on:
- “Tiny habits”©by Dr. Fogg teaching at Stanford University, called the 'millionaire professor' since his students started companies like Instagram and more.
- Small wins & meaningful events by Prof T. Amabile from Harvard.
- Happiness/well-being proven methods conducted by UK Government
- Work from by Professor Rao (Rao Institute)
We also bring in insights from personal research & consulting practices in hi-tech companies and initiating start-ups in Israel, Europe and the USA for the last twenty years.

Introduction by Eyal Benyamin
Description of the methodology including practical exercises

An article was published at the Intl Conference of the Israel Society for Quality last October 2012.
