For those who could not come to the previous meetup (well-being-at-work and start-ups, impossible match?) or/and wish to follow-up, here is a somewhat similar presentation especially focused on improving processes, innovation & creativity enhancement in hi tech environment while increasing well-being and productivity.
The methodology is based upon work on:
- “Tiny habits”©by Dr. Fogg teaching at Stanford University, called the 'millionaire professor' since his students started companies like Instagram and more.
- Small wins & meaningful events by Prof T. Amabile from Harvard.
- Happiness/well-being proven methods conducted by UK Government
- Work from by Professor Rao (Rao Institute)
We also bring in insights from personal research & consulting practices in hi-tech companies and initiating start-ups in Israel, Europe and the USA for the last twenty years.
