I mean how would you feel if you were attacked and it was so simple to defend yourself and you missed the opportunity.

My class is unique and so simple anyone can use it to defend themselves against anyone from the casual jerk at the bar to a home invasion...

You don't need martial arts training--this isn't martial arts.

No uniform because you won't have one on at the time of the attack.

My class is unique because I'm not going to show you how to fight... I'm going to show you how to survive an attack in a split second.

We will practice a special and unique form of self-defense called split second survival.
