New 'Welcome to the World' baby massage course

Come learn how to massage your baby and enjoy one on one time in a relaxed and welcoming setting. Learn many fun and easy ways to comfort and soothe your baby using massage, yoga and reflexology techniques. You will sing songs, use positive touch and practice relaxation exercises benefitting both you and your baby. Both moms and dads welcome!

- a chance to socialise with fellow parents -we'll discuss why infant massage supports the physical and psychological growth of your baby

When: Starting Tuesday 20th May at 10:30am-12pm

Where: St Andrews-Wesley United Church (Burrard and Nelson)

Course details: weekly 90 minute class for 5 weeks

Age of baby: pre-mobile (3 weeks to approx 6-7 months)

Price: $85 per family for the 5 week course including massage oil and refreshments
