Mommy and Me Hot Hula Fitness at Move and Groove Fitness!
This class is open to both moms & on-moms! Please feel free to bring your non-mobile baby to class with some small toys to play with. Unfortunately strollers are NOT permitted (the floor is very delicate). If you bring a car seat for your baby to sit in, please bring a blanket to set it on, to protect the floor. Mom's are welcome to tend to their babies during class. I do ask that if your child is getting overly upset, to please kindly go out of the studio to calm them down, as not to interrupt others.
