Mommy and Me Hot Hula Fitness

Mommy and Me Hot Hula Fitness at Move and Groove Fitness!

This class is open to both moms & on-moms! Please feel free to bring your non-mobile baby to class with some small toys to play with. Unfortunately strollers are NOT permitted (the floor is very delicate). If you bring a car seat for your baby to sit in, please bring a blanket to set it on, to protect the floor. Mom's are welcome to tend to their babies during class. I do ask that if your child is getting overly upset, to please kindly go out of the studio to calm them down, as not to interrupt others.

You can also Bring a friend for free on Tuesday mornings!

HOT HULA fitness® provides a "total body workout" in 60 minutes as it isolates your larger muscle groups, increasing strength and definition to your core with specific emphasis on the abs, glutes, quads and arms.

Inspired by the dances of the Pacific Islands, HOT HULA fitness® incorporates easy to perform dance movements set to the sounds of traditional Polynesian drum beats fused with funky Reggae music, resulting in a modern, hip fitness workout.  www.hothulafitness.com/kimprice

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
