My name is Crystal Stapleton, a certified Early Childhood Educator with 8 years experience, with over 25 years of recreational, competitive and professional dance experience; and more than 15 years of dance teaching experience. I'm CPR certified since September 7, 2013.

I am certified to teach Zumba from the ages of 0-100. I'm hosting a Family Zumba event where the parents (mom, dad, grandma etc) and the kids can come.

Doors will open at 2pm Zumba starts at 2:30-3:30 and we have the room till 4pm.

Please feel free to bring a stroller but there are stairs you will have to go up, or you can bring your ergo's or what ever you feel necessary for your little ones.

It's $5.00 per adult kids under 16 are free. 50% of the money raised will be donated to the Vancouver Recovery Club to help those in need. There will be a healthy snack to purchase under $5.00 to help raise money.

The class will have a mix of Zumba for all ages but it will be geared more for the kids and lets face it if they are having fun we have fun. Please encourage dad's and any other care givers to come. It's more about bonding and having fun as a family, exercise is second. We will have fun and we will break a sweat! Any questions please e-mail me [masked]

Looking forward to see you all,
Crystal Stapleton

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
