Hi Theresa! Hope to meet you soon!
Great job on 1st meetup with your Hate to Cook for One met - greet - organize.
Hi Tessy! I would love to share some of the things I do, as well as get some new ideas. Recently I have been sauteing chicken breasts, I will cook a lot, then freeze what I am not using immediately to use for sandwiches or salds later. Then there is no commitment to what it will be later! Hope to meet you soon!
Maybe we can carpool sometimes. I won't be at this first meeting as I have to attend another meeting in Puyallup
Hi Tessy! Thanks for the note. My youngest actually turns 24 tomorrow -- Valentine's Day baby. I've lived in Redmond for about three years, too. My kids are in Oregon and Southern California. Not as far as the East Coast, but still far. I'm really looking forward to cooking -- and talking. Thanks for thinking of this group.
Thanks for the greeting! I've also been where your at right now with a returning son or daughter...your right...I love them but I do believe I like this better! LOL Looking forward to meeting you. Brenda
