Hi Tessy! I would love to share some of the things I do, as well as get some new ideas. Recently I have been sauteing chicken breasts, I will cook a lot, then freeze what I am not using immediately to use for sandwiches or salds later. Then there is no commitment to what it will be later! Hope to meet you soon!

Hi Tessy! Thanks for the note. My youngest actually turns 24 tomorrow -- Valentine's Day baby. I've lived in Redmond for about three years, too. My kids are in Oregon and Southern California. Not as far as the East Coast, but still far. I'm really looking forward to cooking -- and talking. Thanks for thinking of this group.
