Welcome to the group! I am a 3 day a week guy as well and found out last year about the book Run Less Run Faster which is all about that kind of running. Starting the week of December 17th the group will start a 12 week half marathon beginner training for the Lake Sammamish half marathon which is the 2nd weekend in March. It could be an awesome way for you to meet others from the group and stay motivated through the winter if you're interested. Hope to see you out there. :-)
