If you are interested in learning to meditate, we're here to help. Our group meets each Tuesday night at the Masonic Temple on River Road in Princeton. Many of our members have been practicing Meditation for over 5 years, and can offer insight on how to cultivate a daily practice. Our teacher, Kurt Spellmeyer, has been a great example to us all of a person who has embodied Zen and compassion. Hope you can come to an evening sit soon.
