What do you find most challenging, what would you like to learn more about in regards to eating local?

I think finding base ingredients, like flour and milk, can be really challenging.

What is your area of work/interest that you would you like to share with other locavores?

I grow most of the food I eat at the moment and am getting more and more comfortable with canning and freezing for preservation.

Name three things you would like to do relating to eating locally grown food and community building.

Create a weekly/biweekly meet-up where everyone can share their growing secrets, preservation plans, recipes and trade their produce
