I don't find too many challenges, but I'm always open to learning something.
I'm a cook by trade and an environmentalist by nature.
I would like to see a family style outdoor dinner showcasing local producers - maybe the library/amphitheater would make a good setting? Alternately one of the farms. Maybe some kind of trade off - help a farm harvest in return for goods? Something involving kids so they gain an understanding of where food comes from and why it's important to know how it's being cultivated, and why genetic diversity is so important to food security.
