Been meaning to try out this new Mexican restaurant for a while now, it just opened up a few months ago. It's a 120 seat tequila bar focusing on serving different types of tequila and traditional Mexican dishes.
Food wise Chef Elia Herrera makes a lot of dishes she grew up eating from her area on the southeastern coast of Veracruz, incorporating some spanish influence into the dishes.
First timers should try the sopa de camaron, jalapeno relleno, and the tacos. Also it's sister restaurant Los Colibris is set to open up upstairs offering high end Mexican fare.
RSVP rules are the same- Please RSVP only if you know you can come. Change your RSVP if you can no longer attend with at least a 24hr notice. Last minute cancellations, no shows, etc. count as strikes. 2 Strikes =out of group. Last, there is a $2 event cost to help cover the subscription fee for having our group on the Meetup site. Please bring exact change to make things easy!
See you all next week:)
