Bonjour Brioche

Great brunch place out at Queen St East, just east of the DVP. They bake their own brioche and baguettes (starting 4am or 5am in the morning), and their baguette sandwiches are the closest thing I've had to those in Paris. Their croque madame is deadly delicious - despite everything else on the menu, I can't help but always order the croque madame.
There's no reservations, and seating is limited (probably 7 tables x 4 ppl inside). Unfortunately, we'll have to keep this small.

Note: Bonjour Brioche only accepts Cash.

I've been, I didn't really think it was special... It may have been why I ordered. If you want to try it, suggest it as a meet up and let's make it happen!! I'm sure others would go!

Today saw a line up at Lady Marmalade, has anyone been there? Was it good? Should we plan a meetup there? :-)

I'm going to leave the meet-time at 10:30, but please try to get there by 10:15 if possible. I'm hoping we'll have the entire party by 10:30, or they may not seat us.

I eat there quite a lot, and by 10:30 there's usually a lineup. They have a patio which they keep open on nice days, so you could sit together outside. If you want to sit together inside, I would recommend arriving before 9:00.

Rey/Rob, could you plese put a 6-attendee cap on this meet-up please? Large groups will be very difficult to seat, and they do not take reservations.

Been here several times. Their croissants are even better than the average croissant you'll find in Paris these days! Be sure to try their butter (my fav), chocolate and almond croissants and dunk it into a bowl of café au lait. Simply to die for!

      Haha, thanks for the update!

Haha it's alright. I wasn't super-impressed by their croissants in the past either. The baguette that came with breakfasts was good but not great this past wkend -- some parts were chewy instead of crunchy, but I'd still go back again.

I was just there this past Sunday with Feef. I had the Croque Madam (as always), while Feef had scrambled eggs w/ chives on potato rosti, topped with smoked salmon and red caviar.
The coffee was pretty decent, I didn't need to add cream/sugar (and I'm not usually a black coffee person).
When we showed up at 10:10am, there were around 2-3 tables ahead of us already. 4-6 ppl will be easier to seat than a large group.
